Garlic Rolls

AIP Garlic Rolls

These flavorful rolls will compliment any meal and can be a very satisfying on-the-go snack. Make this recipe your own by adding other fresh herbs, minced carrots, turmeric, or anything you can think of. Slice up the rolls and toast in the oven to make small round toasts for hors d’oeuvres like avocado toast bites or smoked salmon with dill. Store in the fridge or freezer and heat up or toast up just before serving.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Cassava Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Tapioca Starch
Pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Water
1 head Garlic, chopped finely
Chives
Parsley

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Add all other ingredients and mix well until workable with hands. Shape dough into small rolls and place on greased baking sheet. Spray with oil spray and sprinkle with salt and chopped parsley. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
